Garcia explains, "My dad was founder member of the ‘62 Group who regularly fought antisemitism. I have spent almost 3 decades teaching boxing and self-defence in North London, am a licensed Close Protection Officer and accredited Private Investigator. Going full-time and establishing my own company to help my community feels necessary and doesn’t seem like a huge pivot for me.”

Garcia continues, “It’s not just about being able to fight, or defend yourself if you must, but how to de-escalate, or even prevent upsetting or dangerous situations. Hands-down the best way to avoid conflict is simply not being there in the first place.
